Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, final sale items and certain Occasionwear pieces may be excluded
  • Personalized or altered items cannot be returned
Note: Our Holiday Shop collections and select Wedding Guest Looks may have special return conditions due to their seasonal nature.

Refund Processing

Refunds reflect the sophistication of our Blouses & Shirts craftsmanship:

  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is at customer’s expense

Exchange your Co-ords or Workwear pieces with the same ease as selecting them:
